job: Carefully remove existing suspended ceilings to main
canteen, kitchen, corridor and preparation areas.
Carry out electrical alterations.
Replace existing ceiling tiles with new.
On completion of work, ensure thorough, general clean of all areas.
Time
scale: To begin at 7.00pm on Friday and finish by 1.00pm
on Sunday.
Materials used:
200 square metres of ceiling tiles.
Main Canteen area: Armstrong 1200x600mm sculptured, fissured tiles.
Remaining areas: 600x600mm Danno Board
Outcome:
Job successfully completed three hours before deadline.
A
total of 72 hours from first telephone call to project completion!

job: Uplift existing linoleum, scrape subfloor and prepare.
Prime, apply 3 coats of latex and lay new vinyl floor covering.
Finish with 3 coats of polish.
Materials used:
800 square metres - mainly Marley Elite sheet vinyl

Problem
encountered: Move 24,000 books, thoroughly cover bookcases
in protective sheeting, move empty bookcases and desks.
On completion
of project, all bookcases to be relocated in correct position and the
24,000 books to be repositioned on shelves in same order as before.
Outcome:
Works successfully completed on time, within 7
days!
